The Ultimate

September 5, 2018 · Film, Weddings

For one human being to love another; that is perhaps the most difficult of all our tasks, the ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work is but preparation.

Stardust in her Dress

August 8, 2016 · Film, Portraits, Weddings

She cannot be beautiful, for beauty does not fully capture her luminousness. She is stardust in her dress, descended from the heavens to briefly brighten this world.

Katy is like a fairytale come to life! You’d never know it was over a 100 degrees and that Mother Nature bestowed upon her 250+ mosquito bites!

A Homestead Wedding

July 13, 2016 · Weddings

Their day was filled with laughter, joy and above all else, a warm love that captured every heart that was present. From friends playing music, loved ones gathered on the porch of their families homestead nestled in the Rocky Mountains, a soft sunshiny rain, Chloe & Kristopher’s sweet love echoed through the mountains.

I will be taking 6 wonderful and awfully in-love wedding clients for 2017. If you want to get up on that, don’t be shy and reach out!

Tansing Wedding a la Silly

October 22, 2014 · Sillybooth, Weddings

I haven’t posted wedding photos all year I just realized. So thought I’d start now with some crazy photo booth madness!

This wedding was tons and tons of fun with the sweetest couple, plenty of cowboys, an open bar and the friendliest group of guests that were ready to bring the crazy! Perfect combo for the ca-ray-zay booth!

Hayley + Colin – Cheyenne Wedding

June 10, 2013 · Weddings

My first venture up 45 minutes from Fort Collins into Wyoming was to capture this gorgeous couples wedding day. Prior to this, all I had heard was that Cheyenne was…windy. However the wind was pleasantly surprising: check out the image of the bride stepping out of the church – thank you Cheyenne wind for a great Monroe-esque moment! This is the second wedding I’ve shot for this family and they are all so super sweet! Hayley and Colin had an elegant yet rustic and very Cheyenne wedding…after the ceremony the bridal party went to a local bar called the Bunkhouse where I got to meet a real-life, tequila chugging, incredibly friendly cowboy and his wild caught horse!! Such a fun wedding!
